Aubrey is a Partner and Broker at Scozzafave/Chavez Real Estate, bringing 10+ years of experience developed under the mentorship and leadership of Julie. Having grown within the business, Aubrey offers clients both deep institutional knowledge and a modern, execution-focused perspective—ensuring continuity, consistency, and momentum across every transaction.
Aubrey is a client-facing broker actively involved in pricing strategy, property selection, offer positioning, and negotiations. She also leads marketing positioning and launch execution, including soft-market introductions and coordinated rollouts designed to protect pricing, build demand, and maximize exposure at launch.
Within the partnership, Aubrey serves as the connective force between strategy and execution.
